Reinforced fiberglass discs for grinding wheels are made by phenoe-formaldehyde resin or modified exposy resin treatment of material in reinforced fiberglass mesh cloths. It has two series: meshless discs and open mesh disc. It is widely used as reinforcing material for resin- bonded grinding wheels. The grinding wheels thus got the properties of high strength and duribility.
